In WEEK 2, Ditch the Diet Mindset we will cover:

  • All the stuff those diet books don’t tell you – the 5 biggest myths of dieting and weight loss, and how they are keeping you stuck.
  • The two big steps to eating mindfully and why it’s so important to your success.
  • Rewriting your food relationship – the step-by-step method to rewrite your relationship with food, and your new set of principles for your food, your body, and your life.

In WEEK 3, Food and Feelings we will cover:

  • Emotional Eating Smackdown – we talk all things emotional eating, and bust through major blocks and reasons for your self sabotage.
  • The number one tool you have to learn in order to stop emotional eating and bingeing, and how to tell emotional eating from real hunger.
  • Rediscovering your Fun and Joy! – Why having fun and playing is crucial to your happiness and your waistline.
  • Finding your Light – Discovering all the things that light you up!

Week 4 is an Implementation Week, so it's time to start living what you're learning!

In WEEK 5, The Future You we will cover:

  • Your Dream Life – What does it look like, and what are you waiting for? This is one of the most fun exercises, ever! We map out your dream life in the future you, and work on putting things into place for you to step into that life as soon as physically possible.
  • Your Dream Body – We rewrite what your dream body feels like to you, and how to start living in that dream body right now.
  • The Most Common Fears that hold us back from living our dreams, and how we can diminish them all in one powerful swoop.
  • The stuff in your house you need to chuck out and detox, in order to fully step into the Future You

In Week 6, Eat to Nourish we will cover:

  • The most important nutrition points you need right now to live a healthier, more fulfilled life than ever before.
  • The nutrition information that has kept you trapped and how to unlearn it from your story.
  • Your Cravings Debunked and how to satisfy them without going crazy
  • The Psychology of Crowding Out – and why it’s crucial in order to nourish your body.
  • Living Label Free – and why labeling our food like religion is detrimental to our success.
  • Falling in Love with FOOD AGAIN, and falling in love with your Kitchen – how to transform your kitchen into a loving, happy space that you want to spend time in, rather than run away from
  • Eating Out without Freaking Out – turning into an absolute master at eating out without deprivation – and staying calm, centered, and having more fun in the process.

In Week 7, Love Your Goddess Bod we will cover:

  • What loving your body means and why most women trying to do it are getting it wrong.

  • My top 3 secrets to exercising like you love your body – and how not to workout.
  • Why your self care is crucial to form a gorgeous relationship with your body.

Finally in Week 8, Reclaim Your Life we will cover:

  • Dealing with critics and people who have resistance in supporting your new lifestyle.
  • How to completely reclaim your power around food - so you can’t be swayed by quick fixes or new trends ever again.
  • The Importance of YOU – Why staying true to you is crucial for your lasting success.
  • How to stop being a people pleaser.
  • The Goddess weekly ritual you have to do, in order to stay on top of everything while remaining calm, mindful and ready for anything.
